The Department of Mathematics celebrated National Mathematics Day to commemorate Shri Srinivasa Ramanujan’s birth anniversary as a tribute to the internationally renowned mathematician to get inspiration from his accomplishments and significant contributions to the field of mathematics.
The program was started with the welcome of cheif guest Mrs.Megha Warkhede madam.
The celebration began with the inauguration of the exhibition of Maths Model. Wonderful models were presented by the students from classes 5 to 9. Energetic dance was performed by the students. The dance was based on the Formation of the number.On this occasion Interschool Maths Quiz Competition was organized. Five teams participated in the competition(VPP Marathi med., CBSE, BMS Girls, BMS Boys).
At Last the program ended with the guidance of chief guest. The program was successful under the guidance of school Principal Mr.Rajan Chettiar and Chairperson Jayant Khedekar sir.
